Benedito Alfredo Baddini Blanc Member
Graduated in Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, with an MBA in Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He began his career in auditing and consulting at Arthur Andersen in 1979 and remained there until 1995. From 1996 to 2000 he was Chief Financial Officer of multinational company and Superintendent of retail company. In 2000, he joined Ernst & Young’s board of directors and, between 2003 and 2010, he was the Office Managing Partner of the Campinas office. From 2010 to 2013, he was a senior audit partner responsible for several significant accounts, working in the offices of São Paulo and Campinas. From 2014 to 2017, he was managing director of AB&R Assessoria, Auditoria e Contabilidade Ltda. He is currently a member of the Audit Committee of Emae- Empresa Metropolitana de Água e Energia S.A., a publicly traded mixed-capital company. He is a member of IBGC – Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, with courses in Administration Adviser and Member of Audit Committee, having IBGC certification as Fiscal Counselor. Today he also works as a consultant in corporate governance, accounting and finance.
Carlos Gardel José de Souza Member
Graduated in Accounting and Post Graduation in Accounting and Financial Analysis by UNIPLI in Rio de Janeiro. He studied law (incomplete) at the UCAM in Rio de Janeiro. Today Mr. Gardel acts as: (i) CFO at Green Silica Group – since Jan 2019; (ii) Fiscal Counselor of Vulcabras Azaleia S.A. – since May 2018; and (iii) Partner in Quality Tax Tax Consulting – since October 2014. Positions held in previous years: Partner at Ernst & Young from July 1999 to September 2014; Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen – from Aug 1993 to Jun 1999; Supervisor of Tax Auditing at S.A. White Martins – from Oct 1990 to Jul 1993; Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen – from Aug 1988 to Sep 1990; Administrative and Financial Sub-Manager at COBRENA – Cia, de Reparos Navais – from Jan 1987 to Jul 1988; Deputy Administrative and Financial Manager at Gulf Fleet Marítima do Brasil Ltda. – from Apr 1982 to Dec 1986; and Administrative Assistant at Corpus Moda e Couro Com. e Ind. Marcello Joaquim Pacheco Chairman
Mr. Marcello Joaquim Pacheco is a lawyer, graduated in Law from the Universidade São Francisco USF 1995. He holds a specialization in Corporate Law from FGV 2008/2009, Financial Administration FGV 2010 and Controller FGV 2012. Coordinator of the Superior School of Law, Mairiporã / SP, Treasurer of the Brazilian Bar Association, Subsection 290º – São Paulo/SP, Executive Director of Marpache Specialized Services in Administration since 2009. Associated with the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa – IBGC. In recent years Mr. Marcello has served as Chief Financial Adviser of the Companies: AES Tietê S.A. (2009/2010); Banco Pine S.A. (2008/2009); HRT Participações em Petróleo S.A (2013/2014) and Companhia Energética de Brasília-CEB (2013/2015) and was Secretary of the Audit Committee of Anhanguera Educacional S.A. (2009) and M&G Poléster S.A. (2007/2009); Guararapes Confecções S.A (2014/2017). Currently, Mr. Marcello serves as Board Member of the Energy Company of Brasília – CEB (2015/2019); Alternate Fiscal Counsel of Valid Solutions and Services of Security in Means of Payment and Identification S.A. (2015/2018); Grendene S.A. (2015/2018) and Tegma S.A. (2015/2018) and Chief Fiscal Counselor of Triunfo Participações e Investimentos S.A. (2014/2018); Rossi Residencial S.A. Board of Directors

Pursuant to article 15 of our Bylaws, the Board of Directors is composed of five members, of which at least 20% will be independent members, in accordance with terms of the Novo Mercado.

Pedro Grendene Bartelle Chairman
He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vulcabras Azaleia S.A. and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grendene S.A. In 1971, together with his grandfather, Pedro and his brother Alexander founded Grendene S.A. In the late 1990s, after the acquisition of Vulcabras by Grendene, Mr. Pedro became the controlling shareholder of the Company’s and was responsible for the company’s expansion in the sports footwear sector, establishing important commercial partnerships with the main sports brands in the world. It also installed one of the first factories in northeastern Brazil that today is considered the largest producer of sports shoes. It was during his administration that Vulcabras Azaleia acted as exclusive licensee of Adidas, Keds, Puma, and Le Coq Sportif and Reebok in Brazil.
André de Camargo Bartelle 1st Vice President
Graduated in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica of USP in 2010. He began his career in the credit department of BTG Pactual. He has been in the company since 2011, in the financial and new projects areas. He holds the position of 1 Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (since 2017).

He is currently the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (since 2015) and 2nd Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Pedro was Marketing Director of Vulcabras Azaleia (2007-2016) and was responsible for the implementation of the Company’s subsidiary in Argentina, leading the entire integration process of the company in that country. He has been with the Company since 2001. He was CEO of the Rede de Varejo B&S Comércio de Artigos Esportivos e Representações Ltda. responsible for the administration of 6 stores, directing the supply, marketing and financial areas.
Hector Nuñez Independent Member
Graduated in Business Administration in 1983 and MBA in 1986 at Florida International University. He attended the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School of Business / Emory University / Goizueta School of Business: Executive Development Program in 2002 and 2003 and Tuck School of Business – Dartmounth University – Global 2020 Executive Development Program in 2008 and 2009. He was CEO of Wall Mart Brazil (2008 – 2010), also held the position of CFO (2006 – 2008). He served as Vice President of Operations of the Coca-Cola Company in Costa Rica (2003-2006). He was Vice President of Operations of Sucos Del Valle do Brasil Ltda. (1996-1999). He was CEO of Hertz Brasil (1994 – 1996). He is currently the CEO of RI Happy Brinquedos SA (since 2012) and member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: (i) Raia Drogasil SA (since 2013), (ii) Marisa SA (since 2017), and ABRINQ.
Roberto Faldini Independent Member
Graduated in Business Administration from EAESP – FGV in 1972, postgraduated in Advanced Management at Fundação Dom Cabral and INSEAD – Fontainebleau; Entrepreneurship at Babson College; and Corporate Governance at IFC – IBGC. He was co-founder of IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance), a Brazilian entity dedicated to the promotion of Corporate Governance in Brazil and an associate member of IBEF (Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives), an autarchy for the promotion of professional and social relationships of finance professionals. He was executive director, shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Metal Leve SA, a company that produces automotive components, where he was CFO and Investor Relations from 1981 to 1992, and was also a member of the Board of Directors from 1993 to 1996. President of the CVM in 1992. He acted as coordinator in São Paulo of the Family Business Center – PDA, Fundação Dom Cabral. Currently, he actively participates as a speaker, organizer or listener at Corporate Governance events and conferences. Mr. Faldini is also a member of the Board of Directors and Remuneration Committee of Marfrig Global Foods SA, (ii) Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metalúrgica Golin SA, (iii) member of the board of Odebrecht SA and participates in committees for culture, people and sustainability as well as Finance, (iv) member of the Board of Celulose Irani SA and member of the board of trustees of the foundations Dorina Nowill and Crespi Prado. He is also Director of the Fundação Ema Gordon Klabin.
Board of Executive Officers

Pursuant to Article 18 of our Bylaws, the Board of Executive Officers shall be composed of at least two members and a maximum of ten members, elected annually by the Board of Directors, by a majority of votes, for a unified term of two years, reelection is admited.

He is currently the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (since 2015) and 2nd Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Pedro was Marketing Director of Vulcabras Azaleia (2007-2016) and was responsible for the implementation of the Company’s subsidiary in Argentina, leading the entire integration process of the company in that country. Rafael Carqueijo Gouveia SUPERINTENDENT Director
Graduated in Social Communication at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP / SP), with an MBA in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM / SP), attended ECR Brasil “Efficient Consumer Response” and Faculdade Getúlio Vargas (FGV EAESP) “Retail Leaders”. He is currently Superintendent Director of the Company. Before, he was in charge of the areas: Commercial and Marketing. He was General Manager of Penalty S.A., responsible for the business operation in Brazil, leading the Marketing, Sales, Controlling, Logistics and Distribution departments; Head of Logistics and National Distribution of the Schincariol Group; Head of the business unit of Trade Marketing and Key Account of the company JBS Friboi; National Manager of Trade Marketing of Arno S.A. (Grupo Seb do Brasil). He was Executive Officer at Cambuci S.A. for 5 years, before starting to work at the Company. He also served as Trainee Key Account of Sales and Trade Marketing of Unilever Foods Brasil.
Wagner Dantas da Silva Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer
Graduated in Production Engineering from FEI (Faculty of Industrial Engineering), with a postgraduate degree from LCIBS (London College of International Business Studies) and an MBA in Financial Management from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas). He is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer of Vulcabras Azaleia S.A. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Under Armor Brasil (subsidiary of the North American brand), responsible for structuring and establishing the company in Brazil, directly leading financial, legal and information technology areas in addition to the regional project to implement the Shared Services Center (located in Panama) and the development of regional policies. He was Financial Controller of GrandVision in Brazil, leading the integration process of Fototica, Glasses and Clocks Factory (recently acquired by GrandVision, at the time). Financial Controller of the Tellerina Group (Etna and Vivara), responsible for treasury, tax, accounting and financial planning.
Evandro Saluar Kollet Chief Product Development and Technology Officer
Graduated in Business Administration. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the footwear sector in large companies. He is 20 years ahead of Sports Development in the company, and is currently Corporate Director of Product Development and Technology. He also worked in the area of ​​product development of renowned and international brands such as Nike and Strassburger, being the first company to export footwear in Brazil. With extensive experience in R&D in more than 15 countries in developing portfolio strategies, setting goals for the growth of the business in conjunction with managers, executives and senior management. It has several development fronts, as with Italian Michael Marttucci, among others.
Flávio de Carvalho Bento Chief Industrial Officer
Graduated in Pedagogy by Faculdade Maria Imaculada de Mogi Mirim – SP. He is the Chief Industrial Officer of Vulcabras Azaleia S.A. and has been with the Company since 1999. During this period, he was responsible for reorganizing the entire manufacturing process, making it possible to increase volume and develop new processes and technologies. He was manager of plant of Cambuci S.A and Alpargatas S.A., participating in several projects of factory expansions in both companies and reorganization of the production process.
Márcio Kremer Callage Chief Marketing Officer
Graduated in Advertising and Propaganda from PUC-RS. He is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of Vulcabras Azaleia S.A. He worked in the Company from 2005 to 2010 as general marketing manager. He founded and directed DM9Sul. In 3 years it has made the agency the most awarded of the country outside of São Paulo, winning several international awards, among the most outstanding, 5 Lions in Cannes and 2 Webby Awards, the most important prize of the worldwide internet. In São Paulo he was Vice President of the Loducca agency and Managing Director and General Director of creation of CUBOCC. It has in its curriculum projects for great brands like Natura, Olympikus, Uber, Azaleia, Fiat, Jeep, C&A, Nestlé, Netshoes, among others. In parallel, he was a founding partner of the largest creativity school in Latin America, Perestroika, where he remained until 2011. He was also a member of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and the ABC Group’s Strategic Council. In 2015 he was elected one of the 10 most important communication professionals in the country, by the newspaper Meio & Mensagem.
Rodrigo Miceli Piazer Chief Supply Officer
Mr. Miceli is graduated in business administration by Pontifícia Universidade Católica from Rio Grande do Sul (PUC/RS), with a MBA in Business Management by Fundação Getulio Vargas from Rio Grande do Sul (FGV/RS). Mr. Miceli currently is Supply Officer at Vulcabras Azaleia S/A. He also acted as: CEO of Tok Enterprises of the trades LTDA. and Lojas Colombo, he was Head (Division Manager) of the women’s footwear segment in his previous passage by Vulcabras Azaleia S/A, from 2009 to 2013, and was na executive of Calçados Beira-Rio S/A. Lead the major operation of e-commerce if Brazil outside the RJ and SP, achieving the international prize for best solution in digital marketing by Oracle/USA, among over 2,000 participants enrolled from all the continents. (Markie Winner 2015).
